Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your boxing equipment must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable training programs or digital products

  • Customized or personalized boxing gear (e.g., gloves with name embroidery)

  • Clearance or final sale items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is posted

  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at exercise@questfists.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at exercise@questfists.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value boxing gear, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
